The body remembers everything. Trauma, stress, grief, and unspoken emotions are stored in our muscles, our joints, our posture — silently shaping the way we move through life.
The Body Release Program focuses on the areas where this weight accumulates most deeply: the feet, legs, thighs, and pelvis — as well as the jaw, eyes, mouth, and face. Through breathwork, targeted pressure, and conscious movement, we release what has been stored and restore flexibility, vitality, and freedom.
