In this programme, we learn to understand and release our attachment to pain. We
discover how to face our emotions, begin supporting ourselves, and build personal
boundaries that are strong, authentic, and rooted in self-worth — not fear.
Over two transformative days, we journey inward to uncover the stored charges,
unresolved events, and patterns of weakness that have been influencing us
unconsciously. Through guided practices in a safe, loving environment, we work through
them — and the shift that follows is natural and deeply positive.
