Programme Nature: Practical and theoretical — Breath, Pressure, Touch, Movement
Throughout our lives, we all experience traumas and challenging events that leave deep
imprints on our bodies, minds, and emotions. These experiences can develop into
internal restrictions, defensive patterns, or negative habits that limit our connection to
our true selves and diminish the quality of our relationships and our lives.
In childhood or later in life, an unprocessed past can define our personality — creating
patterns filled with fear, chaos, and disconnection. We build physical shields, adopt
destructive habits, and create an imaginary world in our minds — all in an attempt to
protect ourselves. In doing so, we lose touch with our essence and build walls between
ourselves and the world.
This programme uses advanced techniques based on mindful breathing, pressure,
touch, and movement to release stored trauma and emotions from the body — restoring
vitality, balance, and a natural state of inner peace. The work is extensive, covering the
lateral and central parts of the body: head, face, eyes, mouth, shoulders, arms, and
back.
