Programme Nature: Practical and theoretical — Breath, Pressure, Touch, Movement
This programme focuses on the areas where the body stores its deepest tension and
unresolved experience — the feet, legs, thighs, pelvis, jaw, eyes, mouth, and face.
These are the regions most connected to our sense of safety, grounding, and emotional
expression.
Through practical exercises applied both on yourself and with fellow participants, you
learn to understand your own patterns, release what has been restricting you, and gain
a completely new perspective on yourself and your life. The programme strengthens
your inner resources and equips you with advanced techniques in somatic release and
bodywork.
